Her River Front Property

Mrs. T. Staige Marye has let the contract to the Chenoweth Lumber Company for the erection of a handsome residence on her River Front lot recently purchased from Mr. F. R. Austin.

This is one of the most desirable residence lots in the city, fronting on both the river and Market street. The new residence soon to be erected will front in both directions. It will be colonial in architecture and embrace all modern conveniences making it one of the very handsomest homes in the city. Mrs. Marye expects to expend about $10,000 on the house and grounds.

The new residence of Mrs. T. Staige Marye, now nearing completion, will be one of the handsomest homes in the city. It will represent an investment of about $19,000, the lot having a frontage on the river of one hundred feet and extending through to Market Street.
